System Components:

• Melamine Base (Matt Clear)

• Melamine Hardener

• Mixing Ratio: 10:1 (Base : Hardener by volume)

• Thinner: Trisha Melamine Thinner (as required)

Recommended Applications:

• Home and office furniture (wardrobes, tables, beds, cabinets)

• Interior doors, trims, and wood paneling

• MDF, plywood, veneer, and hardwood furniture

• Wooden partitions and decorative elements

Surface Preparation:

1. Sand surface with 180–320 grit sandpaper

2. Clean thoroughly to remove dust, oil, or contaminants

3. Apply shivalik NC or Melamine Sanding Sealer for a smooth base

Application Method:

• Mix base and hardener in a 10:1 ratio

• Allow 10–15 minutes for activation

• Apply 2–3 coats using a spray gun

• Sand lightly between coats using 320–400 grit for smoothness

• Use thinner as needed to achieve sprayable viscosity

Drying Time:

• Touch Dry: 30–45 minutes

• Hard Dry: 8–10 hours

• Full Cure: 48–72 hours
